Interview
Thomas Wiedemann - Thomas Wiedemann
'when all genres already smelt odd, minor started to track and support the worst of all: electronic underground minor logo music, and called it "noiz" to avoid discussions. tracker music was never regarded as cheap or louzy, it was style, it was a sub-culture.'

Reviews
Access To Arasaka - Oppidan
Created using traditional keyboards recorded to computer, "Oppidan" takes mellow tones and textures, adds ultra precise beats, glitchy splutters and other subtle but strange computerised sounds to produce something that could be described as Autechre's calmer little brother.

Lingouf - Ange et Gruikk
What is most remarkable, though, is that there is a coherent, thematic link that one can't quite put my finger on through the whole CD. Perhaps the playful nature, of the willingness to experiment, of the surreality of the whole thing. This isn't breakcore, or industrial, or any other pigeonhole you want to chuck it in. Alphanaut - Jennifer
This EP features Alphanaut's "Her Eleven Eyes" and various versions of "Jennifer". The overall sound of the EP is what could be categorized as 'alternative ambient'.

The music is searing, but sweet, despondent in its flowing, shimmering painkiller dreaminess.

Undermathic - Return To Childhood
In all though "Return to Childhood" doesn't quite find an easy flow. It feels disjointed, as there really are moments of genius but they seem to be sandwiched between big, crashing, walls of heavy industrial sounds and whilst some people will appreciate that, it didn't do much for me.
